How does the 14 day Free Trial work?

No Credit card, no contract needed. You have unlimited access to all Parent functionalities.

When the free trial ends, what happens?

After 14 days, you can choose to call our customer success department if you wish to start with us, otherwise, the free account will be deactivated automatically

Do I need to install any software?

Parent is a cloud-based solution. Our application is 100% cloud-based, therefore you can access it anywhere and there’s no software installation required. You need to install the mobile app from the app store in order to benefit from all the functionalities on the go. We are available on Android and IOS

Is my data secure?

The core of Parent App data resides with Amazon Web Services that is one of the best and most trusted data cloud centers in the world. All your data is SSL encrypted and stored on secure servers with backups made daily

Pay as you go

We believe you should only have to pay for children that are active using Parent, so we offer a Fair Billing Policy.

The short version
  • You’ll only be charged for children that are active.
  • If all children become inactive, you will be charged for a minimum of 10 children, unless you decide to close down the account.
  • Any changes to the number of active children will be reflected in your monthly statement.
Add new children

If you add new children partway through the billing cycle, we’ll only charge for the cost of the time used. We’ll keep track of this for you, and bill you at the end of each month.
Here’s an example:

Let’s suppose your account is paying monthly, which costs $2.5 per child per month. You add a new child 10 days into your billing period, leaving 20 days remaining in the month.
The prorated subscription cost is calculated by dividing the cost per child ($ 2.5) by the number of days in the month (30) and multiplying it by the number of days remaining (20), which gives us the prorated subscription cost for the remainder of that billing period: $1.66
If you pay annually, it works the same way. We’ll calculate the prorated cost for the rest of the year, and bill you at the end of the month for any new additions.
